Responsibilities
  • Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit per blueprints and specs
  • Pull wire and cable through conduit and raceways
  • Set boxes, supports, strut, and hangers for power and lighting
  • Rough in circuits for lighting, receptacles, and equipment, including refrigerated cases and food service areas
  • Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and panel schedules
  • Install and terminate at panels and distribution equipment as directed
  • Work from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts safely
  • Follow NEC requirements, OSHA standards, and site safety rules
Requirements
  • Journeyman-level experience on commercial construction projects (grocery, retail, or big box preferred)
  • Strong conduit bending skills (EMT required, rigid a plus)
  • Able to read blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Own hand tools
  • Reliable transportation to the job site and able to report by 6:00 AM
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet in a construction environment.
  • Spanish speakers welcome; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
