Position Summary:
As a General Warehouse Associate, you will be performing various tasks such as loading and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, material handling, entering shipping information into computer and RF systems, and using small power tools. Candidates for this position are required to have previous Reach Truck experience; certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound delivery.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Entering data shipping data into computer and RF systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures including PPE requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous material handling experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Reach Truck Forklift experience is required; certifications are a plus.
- Steel toe boots, additional PPE provided. No shorts, sweats, joggers, etc.
- Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, familiar with RF scanner gun
- Communication skills verbal and written in English.
- Consistent work history.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
