Position Summary
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join the Tempered Glass Department of a manufacturing facility in Elkhart, IN. This position supports the production of custom RV and specialty vehicle windows by operating seaming equipment and inspecting finished components. This is a hands-on production role with training provided for the seaming process.

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join the Tempered Glass Department of a manufacturing facility in Elkhart, IN. This position supports the production of custom RV and specialty vehicle windows by operating seaming equipment and inspecting finished components. This is a hands-on production role with training provided for the seaming process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate seaming equipment to join, seal, and finish metal frame components and edges for custom RV and specialty vehicle windows.
- Load and position window frame components into the machine according to production requirements.
- Monitor the seaming process and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished components for proper seams, appearance, and quality.
- Maintain steady production while following safety and quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to learn and operate basic production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistent production.
- Must be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to safely handle materials and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Occasional overtime | Saturdays | 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Compensation:
- $19.00 per hour
