Looking for a traveling general site superintendent to manage/coach superintendents on various job sites.
- This is a hybrid role – they will be able to work remote and take day/week trips every other week or so (schedule could fluctuate), but they will never be gone for to long. That said, when they are traveling, it could be a lot of planes, trains, & automobiles – so making sure our candidate is comfortable with this is important.
- Majority of the work is in Texas, but they could be traveling anywhere from Texas to Florida or up to Ohio.
- This individual needs to have ground up site work experience | Ideally with Big Box Retail (Gas stations, Starbucks, PF Changs, ETC)
- Looking for someone with General Superintendent or Senior Super Experience – if not, someone that would be able to easily step into this role.
- Able to demonstrate they have an ability to coach and are good communicators
- 12-15 years of experience as a superintendent in "Big Construction"
- Salary – $170k – $240k base
- Cover all travel, hotel, rental car, etc.
