Success Story
Within the first 3 years of recruiting, I hired an older gentleman who was in very hard times. He’d recently lost his wife to illness and went into depression. He had lost his truck and was on the verge of losing his house. He was one of the hardest workers I have ever hired. He took every job I offered him, even if it meant he had to ride a ferry across the Puget Sound and get on a public bus to get to the jobsite. I’ll never forget the day he came into the office with the biggest smile on his face and said he bought a new truck thanks to the work I was able to get him on. Thomas is one of the reasons I continued in recruiting, and I often think of him when I’m having a hard day.
