As a Senior Talent Sourcer at NCW, you will be an integral part of helping us maintain NCW’s forecasted growth trajectory
by partnering with recruiting teams to provide them with qualified talent leads for current job opportunities. You will
represent the NCW brand and quality of our service through the first interactions many candidates will have with NCW.

Candidates must be based in or willing to work from one of NCW’s satellite office locations: Charlotte, Dallas, Indianapolis, South Bend, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, or Phoenix.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Facilitation of the candidate sourcing process in direct support of the recruiting team(s)
+ Developing talent pipelines for hiring needs through social media, job boards, and professional networks
+ Complete initial phone screening interviews for new applicants to confirm contact information, verify work authorization, and
send pre-employment skills assessments.
+ Identifying qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, Applicant Tracking
System (ATS) filtering/reporting, job boards, etc.
+ Generating referrals from current employees and external networks while promoting the NCW brand
+ Posting ads to various job boards like ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn
+ Sending vetted candidates to Sr. Recruiter for full interview
+ More responsibilities as the role evolves!
