Position Summary
We are looking for Spanish speaking or bilingual English/Spanish Opening Staff to prepare and stage ceramics and glass items for printing. Your duties may include unpacking, quality inspection, placing items on the shelf, staging, organizing, labeling, and assisting flame technicians when needed. No experience required, only a willingness to work and a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Spanish speaking or bilingual English/Spanish Opening Staff to prepare and stage ceramics and glass items for printing. Your duties may include unpacking, quality inspection, placing items on the shelf, staging, organizing, labeling, and assisting flame technicians when needed. No experience required, only a willingness to work and a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Open boxes with box opener
- Unpacking products and carefully remove items from bags or gift boxes
- Inspect items for defects and place items on plywood shelf
- Move full shelves to a bakery cart
- Ensure that lids are correct and tightened. Tape lids, draw line, etc., as directed by supervisor
- Organize empty boxes. Label production sheet with box location
- Assisting flame technicians when needed
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience or training required
- Must be able to speak Spanish, bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- PPE required: Gloves, Box Opener, Marker, Tape Measure.
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs., regularly and occasionally above shoulder height without assistance
- Comfortable working for extended periods while standing, walking, bending, stooping, raising arms above shoulders, reaching, and lifting
- Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner

Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed
