Position Summary
We are searching for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our client’s fast-paced 3PL warehouse team in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for ordering picking trucking parts using a cherry picker and reach truck and navigating racks up to 30 feet high while following all warehouse safety protocols.

We are searching for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our client’s fast-paced 3PL warehouse team in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for ordering picking trucking parts using a cherry picker and reach truck and navigating racks up to 30 feet high while following all warehouse safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach truck and cherry picker to retrieve items from racks up to 25–30 feet high
- Use an RF scanner to scan locations and confirm picks
- Read pick tickets and product codes to accurately select the correct parts
- Follow strict safety protocols, including use of harnesses while elevated
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Report inventory issues, errors, or damaged product as needed
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience operating a reach truck and cherry picker
- Comfortable working at elevated heights (25–30 ft)
- Able to use an RF scanner to scan and confirm picks
- Capable of reading alphanumeric codes to identify the correct products
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures, including being strapped in at height
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Steel toe shoes/boots required
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
