Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support quality assurance initiatives in a beverage manufacturing environment in Huntersville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for applying and maintaining quality requirements and standards throughout the development and production process. The Quality Technician will conduct inspections, perform product testing, monitor manufacturing processes, document quality data, and help ensure products consistently meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.  

This position requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analytical liquid tests on beverages  
  • Perform line checks and precise recordings during QA/QC checks  
  • Work with other departments in jobs and duties related to quality  
  • Maintain and file proper documentation related to the job  
  • Perform line checks and precise recordings during QA/QC checks  
  • Able to operate and test product on lab related equipment  
  • Perform line clearance tasks with production before and after starting new products
  • Maintain and test customer retains and troubleshoot adjustments to customer specs  
  • Adhering to all company policies including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, Food Safety, Safety, Gluten Free, Sanitation, etc.    
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 – 4 years of experience working in quality / lab in a beverage manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills  
  • Experience using SAP preferred
  • Experience with HACCP, SQF, FSSC  
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets  
  • Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets and databases
  • Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques and documentation
  • Ability to lift and/or move weight up to 25 lbs.  
  • Comfortable working extended periods walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $17.00 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled  
Work Schedule
  • 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
