Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and sustaining production processes to deliver high-quality products efficiently, safely, and at optimal cost. You will serve as the link between product design and manufacturing, applying new technologies, resolving equipment issues, and streamlining workflows using lean principles. Duties will include upgrading machinery, defining production methods, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine production methods to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs
  • Production Planning: Develop workflows, arrange equipment layouts, and establish assembly processes for new and existing products
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix equipment problems while addressing production bottlenecks
  • Quality Control: Create and maintain quality standards, including testing and inspection procedures
  • Equipment Management: Identify, install, and validate new manufacturing equipment
  • Collaboration: Partner with design, R&D, and leadership teams to move products from prototype to full-scale production
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CAD tools (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD), PLC programming, and automation systems (e.g., robotics and sensors)
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position | permanent placement with employer
  • Pay rate is $80,000 – $110,000 yearly, based on experience
