Core services include traffic control planning and execution, pavement marking, signage, and related equipment rental and sales. Clients include general contractors, municipalities, utility providers, and state agencies.
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business within the construction and infrastructure services market. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating internally to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with operational capacity
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity, forecast sales, and manage accounts
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure profitability and project feasibility
- Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust strategy as needed
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Combination of office and field-based work
- Regular travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events
- Extended periods of time working at a computer
- Extended periods of standing, walking, and driving
- Occasional physical activity including reaching, bending, and lifting as needed
