We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in a cold storage warehouse environment, pick and stage customer orders, replenish shelves, and maintain proper inventory placement using the reach truck. PPE provided including suites, jackets, and gloves.

- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) or until the job is completed. During peak months you may work until 6:30pm or 7pm.
- Saturday and Sunday – must be flexible to work one of these days on the weekend for 2-4 hours (as needed)
- Overtime required except for November/December (slow months)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck to pull orders and put away goods.
- Operate Dock stocker (Stand-up forklift) to unload/load trucks.
- Operate electric Walkie Rider Pallet Jack to move products in and out of warehouse.
- Utilize warehouse experience and forklift certification to ensure efficient operations.
- Take initiative and demonstrate the ability to act without constant direction.
- Handle various warehouse tasks including loading trucks, pulling orders, checking in/out drivers, and keeping work areas clean.
- Adapt to changing temperatures in the warehouse environment (35 degrees) and freezer (0 degrees).
- Comfortable with temperature fluctuations as per seasonal changes.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Valid forklift certification and proficiency in operating stand-up forklifts and Raymond forklifts. Minimum of 1-year experience required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work 8am-4:30pm shift with flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons (weekends 2-4 hours)
- Ability to work in changing temperatures and adapt to various conditions
- Strong work ethic with a desire for long-term employment.
