We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Laborers to support facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves conducting routine walkthroughs of the facility to document safety conditions and ensure compliance with internal standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and comfortable with being on their feet for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular walkthroughs of the facility to monitor and document safety conditions
- Accurately complete required reports and documentation
- Identify and report potential safety concerns or hazards
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing inspections
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Support general facility needs as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to walk and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures
- Steel-toed shoes or boots and safety glasses required
