NCW is partnered with a growing custom millwork manufacturer in the South Bend area seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. This is a first-shift opportunity offering a four-day work week and consistent production schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Weeke CNC router to machine wood components
- Load sheet goods and monitor machine cycles
- Perform basic setups, tool changes, and minor adjustments
- Read and interpret shop drawings and production documents
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications &Skills
- 1+ year CNC operating experience preferred
- Woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork experience a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
