Senior Project Manager
Location: Batesville, Indiana (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and profitably.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
  • Bonus: 10% performance-based
  • PTO: 15 days + standard holidays
  • Healthcare: Company-paid
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match
  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple mid-sized construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead project teams through all phases: preconstruction, planning, execution, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Oversee bidding, estimating, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive accountability and performance across project teams
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8–12 years of project management experience in construction
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing project financials, including estimating and profitability
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects
  • Experience in K-12 or healthcare construction (hospital experience highly preferred)
  • Concrete and masonry experience is a plus
