Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Final Assembly / Unit Clean-Up Assembler to join our Load Banks Assembly team in Faribault. This role focuses on final assembly, wiring verification, testing support, and overall unit readiness, making ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and pride in producing high-quality finished products.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and complete assemblies to print by laying out and physically mounting components, wiring assemblies according to schematics, performing OHM testing on panels to verify conformance, and perform clean-up and final preparation of completed units
  • Read, understand, and follow manufacturing and engineering documents including bills of materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams, and complete and maintain all required production documentation
  • Perform in-process  quailty checks to ensure products meet specifications, escalate nonconformance to appropriate resources, maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements  
  • Collaborate with teammates across assembly and support functions

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of wiring or electrical assembly experience preferred  
  • Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely work completion
  • Good hand dexterity and grip strength and able to use hand and power tools
  • Analytical thinker with basic problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment

Schedule
  • 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:00am-3:30pm
