Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Sewer to support the production of Industrial Ventilation Ducting (IVD) and related products. This is a cross-trained manufacturing role responsible for assisting in multiple stages of production, including industrial sewing, heat sealing, assembly, inspection, and packaging. In this role, you will operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and assemble industrial ventilation ducting.
This position works closely with production teams to ensure all products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Assembly
- Perform industrial sewing to assemble ventilation ducting products
- Operate heat sealing equipment for ventilation tubing
- Manufacture cuffs used in ducting systems
- Trim, inspect, and package finished products
Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet ISO quality standards
- Perform inspections throughout the production process
- Shipping Support
- Match completed products with factory orders
- Prepare labels and identify products for shipment
- Assist with loading finished goods for transport
Requirements
- Ability to perform multiple manufacturing tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Manufacturing, sewing, or production experience preferred
- Willingness to be cross-trained
Work Schedule
- Day Shift | Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime may be required
