Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Inventory Control Lead to join our team. In this position, you will lead and oversee inventory control operations in a 3PL warehouse environment. Your role is critical in minimizing inventory discrepancies and supporting operational efficiency.  

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Accuracy: Conducting, monitoring, and reconciling daily/weekly cycle
    counts and physical inventory audits.

  • Operational Control: Overseeing receiving, stocking, and shipping processes to
    ensure inventory accuracy.

  • System Management: Using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) to track stock
    movement and analyze inventory data.

  • Leadership: Supervising and training inventory staff, and collaborating with cross-
    functional teams (e.g., Sales, Purchasing).

  • Process Improvement: Developing and implementing procedures to enhance
    inventory efficiency and reduce losses.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2–5+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain
    management.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (SAP desired), and Microsoft Excel.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, root causes of
    discrepancies, and improve inventory turnover.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor
    coordination and team training.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to operate warehouse machinery (Order Picker,
    Reach Truck, forklift, scanners) and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.  

Schedule
  • 3rd Shift | 10:00pm-6:30am | Sunday-Thursday
