Position Summary

We are searching for experienced Forklift Operators for full-time job opportunities in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. These positions may be assigned to either Warehouse (Shipping & Receiving) or Production operations based on business needs and candidate experience.

Warehouse Forklift Operators are responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving inventory, staging materials, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Production Forklift Operators keep manufacturing lines running by delivering raw materials and packaging supplies, removing finished products, and ensuring production equipment remains supplied throughout the shift. Both roles require a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials throughout the facility.  
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers while ensuring product accuracy and minimizing damage.  
  • Supply production lines with materials to maintain continuous manufacturing operations.  
  • Move finished products from production to warehouse staging or shipping areas.  
  • Stage, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.  
  • Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.  
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow established material handling procedures.  
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.  
  • Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet daily operational goals.  
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, PPE requirements, and company safety policies.  
  • Perform additional warehouse or production support duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.  
  • Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations and/or production manufacturing is highly preferred.  
  • Stable work history with 2–3 years of tenure with previous employers is strongly preferred.  
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment with frequent material movement.  
  • Ability to read work instructions, follow procedures, and communicate effectively in English.  
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.  
  • Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing production and warehouse priorities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.  
  • Ability to lift and/or move weight up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent forklift traffic.  
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.  
Work Environment & Dress Code
  • Fast-paced beverage manufacturing and warehouse environment.  
  • Required attire includes non-slip, closed-toe work shoes, and long pants.  
  • Hoodies or clothing with drawstrings are not permitted for safety reasons.  
  • Long hair must be secured while working.  
  • Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn in designated areas.
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire  
  • Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on position
