We are searching for an experienced K-12 Project Manager with strong ISD exposure who can lead district-driven projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver school construction projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution within a district-driven environment.
- Coordinate with Coppell ISD representatives, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain compliance and alignment.
- Lead internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–12+ years of construction project management experience with a strong focus on K-12 or ISD projects, including renovations, additions, or replacement campuses.
- Proven ability to manage district approvals, public-sector documentation, and multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Certifications Needed:
PMP, CCM, or DBIA preferred. OSHA 30 is strongly preferred. - Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to Coppell ISD sites and district meetings. - Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and pay applications.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills to coordinate with ISD representatives, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements within a public sector, district-driven K-12 environment.
