Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with municipal or public-sector construction exposure who can support documentation, coordination, and compliance on city and civic projects in the Rockwall / Royse City area.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with municipal or public-sector construction exposure who can support documentation, coordination, and compliance on city and civic projects in the Rockwall / Royse City area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with daily project administration, including RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and document tracking.
- Assist with coordination between subcontractors, inspectors, and municipal representatives to keep projects aligned and compliant.
- Help track schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation to support timely project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of construction experience supporting municipal, civic, or public-sector projects such as city halls, libraries, police/fire stations, or similar government facilities. Experience assisting with documentation, inspections, and owner coordination preferred.
- Certifications Needed:
OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred). Any public sector or construction management coursework a plus. - Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to the Royse City / Rockwall project site and city meetings. - Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel to support FRI’s, submittals, pay apps, meeting minutes, and document control.

- Ability to be out on job site
- Walking uneven terrain
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders as needed
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
