This position is responsible for supporting daily operations through efficient coordination, strong communication, and proactive problem‑solving. The role contributes to team success by managing key administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for a wood-frame multifamily project, including subcontractor coordination, site sequencing, and schedule of execution.
- Lead safety meetings, manage inspections, and enforce quality control standards from rough framing through punch-out.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve field issues, maintain progress, and support on-time project completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of construction experience with a strong background in wood-frame multifamily projects, including ground-up or large renovations.
- Proven experience supervising subcontractors, managing daily field operations, coordinating inspections, and driving schedules on fast-paced jobsites.
- Certifications Needed:
OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 minimum acceptable). First Aid/CPR a plus. - Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to and from the Frisco jobsite as needed - Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and basic scheduling tools (MS Project or similar) to manage daily reports, drawings, RFIs, and punch lists.
- Strong field leadership with hands-on experience coordinating subcontractors, executing wood-frame multifamily sequencing, inspections, and punch-out.
- Ability to enforce safety, maintain quality control, and drive schedule adherence in a fast-paced Frisco jobsite environment

- Ability to climb stairs/ladders as needed
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
