Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects across Dallas/Fort Worth. This role oversees daily field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects across Dallas/Fort Worth. This role oversees daily field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage quality control, correcting deficiencies promptly
- Maintain project schedules, establish critical paths, and enforce deadlines
- Facilitate subcontractor coordination and problem-solving with design teams and owners
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals
- Deliver daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates
- Represent the company with professionalism while building strong client and trade partner relationships
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience managing K–12 schools and institutional projects (colleges, municipalities, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and documentation (RFIs, ASIs, submittals)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
- Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Valid driver’s license; must be willing to travel within the DFW Metroplex
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $95,000 – $120,000
- Full-time exempt role (not eligible for overtime)
