Job Summary
We are searching for warehouse workers skilled in picking and packaging orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Standing in a line and picking from a conveyor does not qualify as experience for this position. In this role, picking orders is your primary responsibility. Additional responsibilities will be packaging, and shipping, and operating a Sit Down or Stand-Up Forklift as needed safely and efficiently. Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation is required, and you must have a consistent work history.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and preparing orders accurately.
- Packaging products for shipping.
- Handling shipping and receiving tasks.
- Managing inventory with attention to detail.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
- Operating material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required (standing in line picking from a conveyor does not qualify for this position)
- Forklift operation experience (Sit Down or Stand-Up)
- Steel toe boots required; additional PPE provided
- Must be able to lift to 40 pounds
- You must have a consistent work history
- You must be able to read and be visual with locations or products (no scanner guns us
