One of my most meaningful accomplishments at NCW has been the opportunity to plan and bring to life our first annual company conference, Ignite. Going Beyond Our Walls – This core value aligns closely with my personal values of helping others. Putting people to work is powerful, and I’m proud that we help thousands of people every year through our work, but what resonates with me even more is what happens beyond that. As we grow and become more successful as a business, we’re able to give more time, resources, and support back to the communities we serve. We’re helping feed families, build homes, and make a real difference, which allows me to be part of the community through purposeful philanthropy. Knowing that the company genuinely lives out this value makes my work even more meaningful, and I’m grateful to play a big role in creating and being part of that impact.

I love adrenaline-seeking activities like skydiving, parasailing, and paragliding—it is one of my favorite ways to feel alive and try something new.
