Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Salary: $110k-$135k + Bonus Opportunities
Location: Brighton, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time – On Site

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results while driving schedule, budget, and safety performance. This is a key position with significant impact on both client relationships and project success.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor scopes, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead project team including Superintendent(s), Project Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Maintain strong communication with clients, design partners, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration, change management, RFIs, submittals, and procurement
• Ensure project safety compliance and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness
• Monitor job progress to align with operational goals, quality standards, and company expectations
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to project support staff
• Support business development with client retention, presentations, and relationship building

Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience required
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Experience in healthcare construction preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in construction project management software such as Timberline, Suretrack, Sage, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
