I have 25 years of supply chain, sales, warehousing & manufacturing experience. Previously, I worked as an HR manager for a 600-person distribution center and a recruiter for a large sales company. In that time, I have hired many diverse roles. I’ve come to understand that mitigating risk is inherent to bringing new people on board and hiring exceptional people is essential to any organization wanting to grow.
