We made the list!

If you asked anyone at NCW “What is unique about NCW’s history?” They would say “our growth.”

Building a company and expanding it is one thing. However, what makes NCW different is the rate at which we’ve grown, specifically over the last few years.

In 2000, we started with 5 employees. Steve Wise, our founder, started National Construction Workforce with a vision to offer construction workers exactly what they deserved –full benefits and fair treatment. But he knew, even then, that NCW could be much bigger than that. He wanted NCW to be able to lease labor to companies in every facet of business and in every industry.

It took time, but 21 years later we have 75 employees, hiring 19 in this year alone. We now work in 8 different industries that you can check out here. We are most excited to announce our recent listing as a 2021 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company.

The Inc. 5000 list is one of the most prestigious rankings of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Companies that are now household names have earned a spot on the list at least once, if not multiple consecutive years. And we don’t take it lightly to be sitting amongst these other businesses.

Amongst the 75 of us, there isn’t a single person that did not contribute to this achievement. The honor is shared equally in this family. Without the more tenured employees, we wouldn’t have a foundation, culture, or history. Without our newest additions, we wouldn’t have the capacity and reach that we do today. We can all take pride in our contributions to the timeline that brought us to this moment.

We are grateful, but we know there is infinite space for growth. We can’t stop here, and if you know NCW at all, we won’t. You can us proudly representing #4184 on the list, here

*Only companies that were revenue-producing by March 31, 2017 were considered in the ranking.  Inc. 5000 accepted applications from only private companies that were independent (as of December 31, 2020), for-profit, and based in the United States.
