I have 8 months of recruiting experience. When I first started, I was calling candidates and learning about them energized me. It was a fun concept I enjoyed. Now transitioning into a sales role, I have developed more on my skills to really make deep meaningful relationships. Learning from those with more experience around me has been key to my success.

Cold called a prospect and just happened to be perfect timing for them. Found them their dream job with a client who loved them so much they were instantly promoted. Now we still stay in touch, and I use them as a resource asking them questions about the industry.
