Once we know your pain points, we’ll ask more questions about the types of roles you are looking to fill. We also like to learn about you, your company, your culture, benefits that you offer, and who will be involved in the hiring process. This helps us create a contract.
Negotiating Terms
This is the final stage before we get started filling orders. We will send over a contract that defines the working relationship, payment terms, and expectations. We are always willing to negotiate the terms of these contracts since each client is unique.
