We are looking for a dependable and organized Floorperson who will play a key part in ensuring daily production runs efficiently by coordinating materials, supporting packaging, and monitoring workflow. As a Floorperson, you’ll help maintain the flow of materials in and out of the work cell, support team members when needed, and ensure production goals are met.

- Coordinate and ensure availability of all materials required for daily production based on work orders.
- Package finished product, perform SAP transactions, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Monitor production workflow and assist team members to maintain efficiency across the unit.
- Make minor machine adjustments in the absence of an adjuster and report any major issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in line with safety and 5S standards.
- Track production progress by updating production boards and reports regularly.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and physical stamina to perform standing, lifting, and movement throughout your shift. If you’re a team player with a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply.
