We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Dock Reach Truck Operator to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in a cold storage warehouse environment, pick and stage customer orders, replenish shelves and maintain proper inventory placement using the reach truck. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck operation experience (required)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move materials as needed
