We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to support a custom machine-building operation in South Bend, IN. This role involves setting up and operating CNC routers to cut vinyl and aluminum parts used in high-end fence, deck, and rail equipment. The ideal candidate has strong setup experience, thrives in a low-volume, high-mix environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision parts. Long-term growth and a team-first mindset are key.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience, including setups and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls; ability to edit or adjust G-code
- Experience working in a custom or job-shop setting with a variety of parts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate with engineering and assembly teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
