Our client is a niche engineering construction company in the heavy Agricultural business and has a long and successful history. They build storage facilities for fertilizer (liquid and dry) across the US and are the dominant player in our market. They're the technical leader in the industry and has its reputation because of our engineering and design expertise. It has a great no-nonsense culture without politics of bigger companies.

Here are a few particulars for the role:
• Based in the Twin Cities (Edina) and reports to the VP of Operations.
• PE licensed
• Minimum of 5 year design experience in structural and/or concrete design
• Enjoy the practical design and engineering for our facilities
• Drafting layout and design of facilities to meet customer’s needs
• Complete engineering packages (we will train)
• Drafting as needed to support projects and learn all details of our projects
• Manage the design packages process (we will train)
• Enjoy all aspects of supporting a construction organization
• Nimble with design options
• Constructability input
• Develop innovations for our custom buildings
• Like a small company environment where we all do many things
• Ability to grow into leading the company’s engineering effort within 10 years
