As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in undertaking a broad range of tasks to ensure the continuous operation of our client’s production and facility equipment. This role demands a proactive approach to installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities, adhering to stringent safety protocols and efficient maintenance strategies. Schedule is Monday-Friday, weekends as needed. Pay based on experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or relevant experience in a similar role.
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, PLC, HVAC).
- Electrical experience (single phase, three phase, running/bending conduit).
- Servo Controls Motion.
- Basic plumbing and carpentry.
- Fabrication and welding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Understand the relationship between belts, gears, and motors.
- Troubleshoot complex problems to minimize downtime.
- Install heavy equipment and install and maintain light electrical systems.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Fabricate basic items using drills and lathes.
