Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventative maintenance as required in production lines including presses.
  2. Troubleshoot Fanuc robot downtime issues using PC/PLC ladder logic
  3. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems in production lines.
  4. Complete electrical repairs as assigned.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits in production lines including Presses. 

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
  2. Must have experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, forklifts, and industrial maintenance of vehicles.
  3. Experience with AC motors, Allen-Bradley PLC, and HMI’s a plus.
  4. Ability to manipulate Fanuc and modify robots.
