About the job
We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Representative who will be able to present the company and products in a professional and convincing manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with e-commerce inquiries via phone and email
  • Keeping customer and sales information updated in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Actively seeking new leads through various channels and expanding contacts through networking.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively address customer needs and queries.
  • Answering questions about order and shipment status
  • Establishing credit terms for new customers and partners if requested
  • Updating the collaboration board (Monday) for the Sales Team
  • Providing basic technical support related to products
  • Communicating with our HQ in Korea when needed
  • Keeping track of inventory used for customer trials, testing, and educational purposes.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Preparing quotes for customers and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
  • Scheduling and engaging in virtual meetings with prospects and customers to discuss their requirements.
  • Improving and providing necessary resources such as catalogs, manuals, software, etc., to assist customers.
  • Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service for cohesive sales efforts.
  • Documenting and following up on leads generated from trade shows when needed
  • Occasional participation at a tradeshow or customer visit when needed
  • Performing additional tasks as needed to support the sales team and company objectives.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous successful sales and/or customer service experience 
  • Ability to multitask and complete goals by deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, sales techniques, and ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Proficient in sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.
  • Organized with attention to detail 
Education and Experience:
  • A degree in a related field is a bonus (ex. Engineering)
  • Experience with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software) a bonus
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with no major driving violations
  • Relocation to Henderson, NV
