Our client is a Top GC in Boise, ID. They're seeking a Commercial Estimator.
The ideal candidates:
Commercial Estimator 
  • Must have strong analytic skills
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office Suite, Scheduling software, etc.)
  • 4-year BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or experience equivalent required
  • Have a minimum of 3-years previous experience estimating commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial. 
  • Be a team player
  • Highly organized
  • Demonstrate a take-charge attitude.
  • Design Build, or negotiated GMP.
  • 100% take offs from our estimators then dialing in cost models based on our in house models or from local subcontractors.
  • Needs to understand conceptual estimating and establishing a baseline then taking it through many iterations (design progressions).
Pay: $90,000-115,000
