Job Description

The Service/Sales Support Specialisposition will be responsible for customer relations and support of the sales, parts, and service functions, including customer communications, sales staff support, parts and product order completions, and lead management.  

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in-person or via phone with parts order/shipment inquires, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.  
  • Create and distribute project timelines for sales projects to the sales staff.  
  • Create quotes, track documents, and follow up with sales staff.  
  • Coordinate order & delivery schedules for sub-dealer networks.  
  • Manage installer Certificates of Liability ensuring required coverages are met and the company is listed as an additional insured on the policies.  
  • Manage leads and inside sales through established system and protocol for follow-up.  
  • Receive sales calls and prepare quotes for branded products and accessories.  
  • Coordinate with in-house and independent authorized installers in quoting installations.  
  • Prepare and manage sales quotes and related accessories to new and existing customers.  
  • Provide support to Sales & Operations Manager.  
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads, identify potential buyers,
  • Oversee and assist with the collection and management of contact databases.  
  • Coordinate new and replacement equipment installations with subcontractors and/or installers.
  • Other sales, marketing or support related duties assigned.  

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service-related field.  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to make a group and or public presentation.  
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding goals.  
  • Ability to establish contacts and relationships with potential customers and industry partners.  
  • Strong negotiation skills.  
  • Detail Oriented: ability to complete and maintain a level of accuracy in even the smallest aspects of assigned tasks. 
  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills to accommodate and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.  
  • Ability to work independently on projects.  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.  
  • Proficient in MS Office package including Word, Excel, Outlook (email/calendar), and PowerPoint.  
  • Knowledge and previous experience with SalesForce and SalesPad preferred.  
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
