Quality Control/Assurance Technician

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect and approve/reject components and finished goods received from external suppliers.
- Perform dimensional and functional checks to ensure product quality.
- Manage isolation and disposition of any non-conforming parts.
- Report quarterly summaries on quality performance.
- Assist in root cause failure analysis of warranty claims.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Able to read and understand technical drawings, including dimensions and tolerances
- Basic understanding of common measuring tools, such as digital calipers and digital pressure gauges.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Superior verbal, listening, and written communications skills.
- Computer proficiency in the use of CRM, Microsoft O365 Products and multiple electronic platforms.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The Quality Assurance Technician will directly report to the Quality Manager.
