As a Production Coordinator, your position is a vital role that connects the production floor with the sales offices. Production Coordinators are clear communicators, problem solvers, and a unifier of teams. This role requires monitoring production KPIs, customer orders, and schedule progress. You will identify process needs and help create and facilitate trainging to new and existing employees that will help improve safety and efficiency. Schedule is 1st shift: 8am –5pm, Monday – Friday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher in business administration preferred.
- Certification in project management preferred.
- 5 years of experience in production supervision.
- MS Office and ERP proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills.
- Ability to make a decision with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in reporting entries.
