NCW is seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator able to run, operate, set-up, and troubleshoot the CNC Laser. In this position you will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to quality. Schedule is 1st shift, 5am – 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday. Pay is based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Understanding of CNC laser cutting technology and machine operation.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail.
