- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Experience and working knowledge in operating a variety of equipment, common tools, and devices.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus any additional certifications you may have.
