Job Summary:
We're looking for a Helper to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you are open to work, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. This hands-on role, you'll support the production team by assembling, packaging, labeling, and occasionally operating equipment to keep our process running smoothly. You'll play a critical part in making sure our products are safely and accurately prepared for delivery. Key Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions is needed.
- Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable wearing PPE such as respirators, gloves, safety glasses, and coveralls.
- Flexible schedule – must be available for weekends and overtime when needed.
