- Install, troubleshoot and repair fluid power equipment including hydraulic cylinders, motors, pumps, hoses & fittings.
- Perform all safety checks on equipment.
- Educate customers on equipment and instruct them on proper operation.
- Manage resolution of customer issues, including order and installation of replacements parts as necessary.
- Order replacement parts with diagnoses of problems with control systems and develop an organized approach to solving machine problems and repairs/replaces parts as required.
- Instruct other Service Technicians and/or customer operators on the maintenance and safe operation.
- Service construction, equipment dealers, oil and gas, quarry mining, manufacturing, etc.
- In-Shop or On-Site Repairs
- Knowledge of blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge and understanding of fluid power components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Able to work independently
- Spanish is a plus
