We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage applications. This role involves working on various construction sites, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and renovating electrical systems according to project specifications and safety standards.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Renovate existing electrical systems to meet updated codes or client specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in working with high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to varying environments and challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00-$50.00
Per Diem: $125 per day, paid 7 days of the week.
Expected hours: 50-60 Hours per Week
Certifications (Required): JM Electrical License (MN).
