The Business Development Administrator will provide administrative support to a specific Team. To ensure success, the BD administrator should have demonstrable administrative expertise and the ability to assist sales and business development teammates in such a way that allows them to concentrate on the work of prospecting, serving current clients, and making new business.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

+ Developing pipelines of potential clients for BD Reps and entering client requests into ATS system.
+ Identifying qualified prospects using a variety of sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches.
+ Provide administrative support to BD Reps.
+ Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails.
+ Enter placements and update pay and billing information into ATS.
+ Maintain, update, and run reports on client records as needed through Excel and ATS.
+ Familiarity with certificates of insurance, and ability to update and track their expirations as needed.
+ Help prepare sales contracts, proposals, and agreements.
+ Research and gather information requested by clients.
+ Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
+ Collaborate with teammates on various projects.
