NCW has partnered with a commercial sign manufacturer, located in Fishers, Indiana, to recruit full-time CAD Operators. In this arrangement, NCW has collaborated with the Corporate HR team to source and screen qualified candidates for the CAD positions. Thus, leading to 3 full-time hires during the first half of 2017.
