NCW’s client, a National MEP Subcontractor, is simultaneously developing and performing MEP construction on multiple refrigeration warehouses across the western United States. Their challenge is to find enough qualified electrical and piping labor to maintain necessary quality and desired production schedule. NCW has been hired to source, screen and select labor to be leased to these two projects locate in WA and TX.

Expected completion of both facilities is October of 2014.
